Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. In line with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to give an explanation.
How to return an item
- Email us at imandsons143@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to tell us you would like to return your order.
- We will reply with the return instructions and the address to send your parcel to. Please do not send items back before you have heard from us.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, in its original condition and packaging where possible.
- You are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. Refunds cover the price of the item and the standard delivery charge you paid.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please email us at imandsons143@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos, and we will put it right. In these cases we will cover the return postage.
